LONDON, APRIL 11.

The hearing of the charges against Oscar Wilde and the man Taylor, arising out of the scandals disclosed in the recent libel case brought by Oscar Wilde against the Marquis of Queensberry, was resumed to-day.

The evidence given against the two accused was of a very damaging character. They were both further remanded.

It has transpired that both the accused had been watched for a long time past by the police.
