COUNTY OF LONDON SESSIONS.
"REGINA V. WILDE"––The Law Journal says:––
We understand that the Attorney-General has refused his flat for a writ of error in ‘Regina v. Wilde and Taylor,' and we presume on the ground that the point taken has already been decided by the Court for Crown Cases Reserved in ‘Regina versus Owen’ (57 L.J. Rep. M.C. 46; L.R 20 Q.B. Div. 829). If this be so the prisoners have no legal remedy, inasmuch as the High Court cannot judicially move the Attorney-General to issue his flat either in a felony or a misdemeanor."
