The Jury Fail to Agree and are Dismissed.
LONDON, May 2. — The Old Bailey was crowded yesterday to hear the proceedings in the Wilde trial. Justice Charles charged the jury and they retired at 1.30 p. m. and were out for four hours but could not agree. They went out again with the same result and were finally dismissed.
